On August 17th, 2021 which was the originally scheduled release date for the Doctor Who Annual 2022 by Penguin Random House Children's UK, Amazon and other book sellers that have offered the title for preorder failed to release the book. While many book sellers no longer show a release date leading to online speculation of it's cancellation and even speculation regarding the reported leak of an incomplete copy online many weeks ago, Book Depository now shows a release date of September 2nd, 2021.

Well stated Leti. It is always a shame when something is delayed or cancelled. I have personally ordered this from a book seller here in the UK and they are showing that it will be released on September 2. We will see and I will report if it happens.
