The Time Scales has released a piece of music on Youtube which is titled "Time Tells Tales". The description of the music states, quote;
"This is a test of the new The Time Scales Interviews original musical composition titled "Time Tells Tales" produced by The Time Scales in August 2022. This is a test to see if it can pass any false copyright claims which are all too common on Youtube in 2022. This song is an original composition of The Time Scales and it may be used license free when when giving credit in this manner; Song - Time Tells Tales by TheTimeScales.com https://thetimescales.com (C)opyright 2022 - The Time Scales"
When Outpost Gallifrey reached out to The Time Scales admin 'The One' asking for further commentary, she said;
"When The Time Scales expanded into the use of Youtube we experienced the unfortunate elements of dishonesty involved in music copyrights. As many other content creators have learned - there is a rampant trend of false copyright claims being made where the claimants, by committing fraud will claim the rights to music that they do not actually own. It seems Google and Youtube are being held hostage by these false claims, so it falls upon a content creator to fight for their rights on their own. For that very reason we decided to early release our new The Time Scales Interviews closing theme music, which is an original composition by The Time Scales. This was done to test the waters of false claims and at the same time a great opportunity to offer this wonderful song to be used license free by other content creators, with simple guidelines for credit."
'Time Tells Tales' is a Doctor Who style piece of music that can be used by other content creators simply by crediting The Time Scales in this manner, according to the Youtube post;
