Hi folks! Yep, your favorite person, Kamelion. I just haven't had time recently.

I have some VERY good news. All of the stupid and role playing shit that everyone posted did in fact get attention. Thank you, thank you! I am trying to decide to just leave all the posts. I think they should be left. It shows an end to a goal.

I have private documents issued by BBC and to BBC and Big Finish authors that update the policy in regards to bullying on forums. People will now find that authors are no longer participating in the historical abuse of Doctor Who fans with particular notes.

BBC and Big Finish staff are now no longer allowed to participate in a manner of 'representation" on the forums Gallifreybase by Steve Hill or Divergent Universe by Tony Jones.

We won!

BBC and Big Finish will no longer be sponsoring these bully forums with any advertising.

This is a massive WIN folks! Thank you! Thank you so much!

I'm not holding a grudge against anyone. I am most certainly holding people accountable for their actions.

So you claim that Steve Hill and Tony Jones are 'fine gentlemen'. Then you must be a Republican.

If you don't know what Republians are, that's a former US voting gang that is now a US terrorist organization.

These are people that lie, steal, cheat, lie, lie again and then lie again.

If you call Tony Hill 'fine' for hosting a fake Big Finish Forum and hosting dozens of Big Finish staff and authors abusing and bullying BBC and Big Finish consumers to be 'fine', I must assume that you mean he did a 'fine' job of it, which he did. No one has ever disputed the fact that he set up a fake Big Finish website after Big Finish figured out long a go that it's probably not in long term viability to be bullying your consumers.

If you call author 'Steve aka Steven Warren Hill' to be a 'fine man' then you are condoning the years of abuse of Doctor Who fans on behalf of this for profit thug that has been stealing from the US government for over a decade under the fake IRS account of 'Gold Usher'. See, this guy is a scammer and I honestly believe that he may be looking at prison time. You just can't do shit like that here and not get caught. He's been reported and I know he will be caught.

Now that I have read the updated user agreements with BBC and Big Finish in regards to their authors, I am 100% sure that the entire bully situation is now over. If someone that writes for let's say 'Big Finish' now posts on that fake forum run by Tony Jones, they will have violated their contract.

This is an absolute MASSIVE win for fans. I don't understand why it was not implemented before. Well, actually it was. A few years back Big Finish shut their forums for the exact same reasons of abuse of consumers. That's when Tony Jones tried to skirt the rules and being that hacker he is, convinced Big Finish and BBC staff that they were safe at his fake forum.

All have learned otherwise.

Outpost Gallifrey changed Doctor Who fandom for the better. Which is ironic since it started that way, then went the other direction, then closed, then was restarted, parodied the past and then ended up with an ultimate win. Whew.

It took me about a decade to do it.

I am extremely pleased as I finally reached the goal. To stop the bullying of Doctor Who fans.

No one will ever see another message from a BBC or Big Finish staff member or author ever again on these two forums:

GallifreyBase (For profit website by author and convention host Steve Warren Hill being run as a fake IRS registered non-profit as 'Gold-Usher')

TheDivergentUniverse (fake Big Finish site by Tony Jones)

That's a win. That's a 100% win for BBC, Big Finish, Outpost Gallifrey and me. That's a slam dunk.

It draws lines in the sand now that were not previously there.

At the same time, it makes an extremely loud and clear statement that BBC and Big Finish are not going to continue to allow the bullying of their consumers. They have always tried to get there as it is extremely obvious to see that that was a goal.

Goal Achieved! And the community is to thank! Win! Win! Win!

Hey what's up Brax you angry fucker, etc.

There is a tremendous amount of private videos and animations produced about and by people that that been excluded in the past.

This is not just a 'gay' vs. 'Bi" situation or was it ever.

We are addressing the abuse of BBC and Big Finish fans.


Like I have posted I do believe that it has been stopped.

I think Outpost Gallifrey just scored it's largest win in history.

As for Steven and Toby being fine gentlemen, it's amazing how every word you said was wrong. I'm glad the original OP was shut down and you lot blocked from using the superior GB and DU, they are far more welcoming and don’t resort to mad cap conspiracy theories whenever necessary. You clearly have a grudge that you are trying to paint as a win for everyone which will only seek to harm more than it will help.

Furthermore I would like any and all proof you can muster for this so called “win”. It's a little something we folks in the public sector like to call ’evidence’, you might have heard of it.

Oh and by the way since you've sent that last message, Mark Ayres, Peter Crocker, Chris Chapman and Paul Vanezis have all commented on said sites so your win has clearly not done anything.

Again, it’s not that we’re never releasing it, it’s simply that we are waiting until a known perfect moment to release everything. (Like how people plan their attacks in a real war to maximise their chances of success)

I think you’ll find that you can hate a person (or group), yet still use their general strategies for a completely different purpose. Do you know why? Because those strategies could have nothing to do with why you hate them! It’s so simple!

And, no, the evidence definitely does exist; as I seem to have to keep explaining, we have a scheduled time when it will be revealed for maximum impact and efficiency.

(Oh, and I have absolutely no idea who this mysterious “Giuliani” is, so I can’t possibly tell what point you’re attempting to make there!)

Nope. BBC employees; they’re no more employees of the BBC than any of the actors or crew they hire for any show they make. It’s called “freelancing”, and it is true because the Doctor Who Restoration Team of which they are part is explicitly not a BBC agency (Source: their own website!).
(Indeed, technically speaking, the Restoration Team members are themselves freelancing for said team!)

Or are you saying that this new policy covers every single actor, scriptwriter, extra, musician, etc. the BBC have ever hired in their nearly-100-year history‽
